"Pull" for Ronald McDonald House..
Bring in the tabs from aluminum cans (not the can, just the pop tab).  We'll drop them off at the Ronald McDonald House to help support families of seriously ill children.

Do you get the Sunday paper?  Bring in the manufacturer coupons (cut or uncut).  In conjunction with Peterson AFSA, the coupons will be sent overseas where military personnel can use them up to 6 months after expiration.

Do you have a stash of hotel shampoos and soaps?  Bring in toiletries and we'll get them to The Crawford House, a local 501(c)(3) organization of veterans serving homeless veterans who want and need assistance.

Saturday, September 4
AF Academy Football Game - at Falcon Stadium against Northwestern State, kick-off is at 1200.  Show time is 0900 outside Gate 7.  All volunteers receive free lunch and admission to the game after we are done selling seatbacks at the start of the second quarter.  To volunteer for this event, contact info@aancoa.org


Saturday, September 11
AF Academy Football Game - at Falcon Stadium against BYU, kick-off is at 1400.  Show time is 1100 outside Gate 7.  All volunteers receive free lunch and admission to the game after we are done selling seatbacks at the start of the second quarter.  To volunteer for this event, contact info@aancoa.org

Quilts of Valor - we are making quilts for local wounded warriors.  If you can cut straight, sew straight or would like to learn, we need you.  Our group meets afternoons at 1:00 until 5:00ish at the clubhouse.  NCOA membership is not required.  Please RSVP to linda@aancoa.org

Friday, November 5
Deployed Families Dinner - calling all cooks.  Set up starts around 1000 and the serving line is at 1800.  We'll need volunteers to cook, set up, serve and clean up.  The dinner, typically 100 attend, is a great chance for families to bond and take a break while a parent is deployed.  To head up or volunteer for this event, contact info@aancoa.org

CoolVeterans Day Parade – The Air Academy Chapter will have a float in the parade. If you would like to help in the planning and set up or would like to be a participant in this event please e-mail info@aancoa.org

Seven Falls - volunteers assist with directing traffic to the Holiday Lighting at Seven Falls from 1700 - 2200.  Donations collected are given to Christmas Unlimited to provide toys for low-income families.  For more information, e-mail info@aancoa.org
