The Chapter supported a unique Eagle Scout project at the US Air Force Academy High School. A high school senior
noticed the detoriorating condition of the school flagpole, sidewalk and surrounding area. He spearheaded the $1,800
community service project to replace the 25 foot flagpole, concrete sidewalk, add shrubbery and install a new stone monument.
On 28 Jan 10, several people attended the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony to restore Old Glory.
