Provides support
to offset the cost for enlisted persons at the US Air Force Academy (USAFA), HQ AFSPC, 21st Space Wing and the 50th Space
Wing Annual Awards Ceremonies.
QUARTERLY AIRMAN, NCO AND SENIOR NCO AWARDS
The
chapter presents a gift to each enlisted category award winner at Headquarters and wing levels.

The Chapter donates $500 or more annually.
PROFESSIONAL MILITARY
EDUCATION
At Peterson AFB, we support the NCO Academy through annual monetary donations and volunteer opportunities
that benefit both the NCO Academy and local military communities.
ORDER OF THE SWORD (Lt Gen
Hamm, Lt Gen Hosmer, and Lt Gen Stien)
The Chapter has donated over $2,000 to date for these special awards.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
SPECIAL OLYMPICS
(STATE, REGIONAL
AND LOCAL)
Provides volunteers to assist with skiing, ice skating, bowling, cycling and track and field events.
Donated Olympic torch and cauldron; furnishes volunteers to transport, set up and maintain cauldron.
FESTIVAL
OF LIGHTS PARADE
Volunteers work as parade staging managers ensuring the parade gets off to an organized start,
providing a valuable service to the community and a fun evening for the volunteers.
SPRINGSPREE
Volunteers
work as stage managers, making sure the acts are ready to go on stage at the appropriate times. This event continues to grow
and each year is an even better experience for everyone.
QUILTS OF VALOR
Quilters
meet monthly to cut and piece together lap-sized quilts. Quilts are donated to physically and psychologically wounded warriors
through the national Quilts of Valor Foundation.

WWII HONOR AND REMEMBRANCE
NCOA made a commitment to honor veterans of WWII by developing the honor and remembrance medallion. The Air
Academy Chapter has created a fitting ceremony to present this medallion to local WWII veterans or their surviving family
members.

We rely on our dedicated
membership to volunteer in the following events. Through their hard work and many hours, we are able to support organizations

FALCON
FOOTBALL (AF Academy Varsity)
Volunteers assist with seatback rental sales during the pre-game and through
the first quarter. After that, refreshments and lunch are provided and volunteers can stay and watch the game at no cost.
ANNUAL AF ACADEMY GRADUATION
This is our largest income from one single event.
Volunteers assist with seatback rental, we provide breakfast and volunteers are able to watch the graduation ceremony.
