The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover all servicemembers and veterans touched by war
with Wartime Quilts called Quilts of Valor.
Volunteers meet one Sunday afternoon a month to cut,
sew and socialize on the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs. Anyone interested is welcome to help out.
